A fresh mind

Hi all –

June 21st has come and gone – which means summer is now in full effect.

And after the last year+ we’ve had, taking time away is that much more important.

At Drift, we have unlimited vacation. We encourage our teams to take what they need. It helps us recharge. It keeps us fresh. And it can lead to some pretty amazing ideas.

A few weeks ago I talked about finding brilliance in the in-between.

You know who found brilliance in the in-between? Lin-Manuel Miranda.

He came up with the idea for Hamilton while vacationing in Mexico in 2008. And it doesn’t get much more brilliant than Hamilton.
