How to win in 2021

Hi all – 

At Drift’s annual Kickoff last week, I told the team we started Drift for three reasons:

1. To make buying frictionless and be the new way businesses buy from businesses.
2. To right the wrongs we made at other companies and build solutions for today’s buyers.
3. To create an enduring, equitable company that is a role model for companies globally.

We have a massive opportunity. We have a shot at creating a history that will outlive us.
