Our website grants you the license to use our Services, WordPress Themes and other WordPress Products sold through our website (https://creativeg.gr) by CREATIVEG LTD (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Theme Licensing & Usage

All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
Our themes may be used by our customers based on the license they own from us.

2. Products Licensing

Our products, belong to the user who has purchased them and they can not be transfered to anyone else at any point.

3. Club Membership Subscription Renewals

Please take note that all subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period, by our merchant ( Stripe.com or Paypal.com ) If you wish to cancel your subscription (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to notify us via e-mail ( support@creativeg.gr ) at least 7 days prior to the end of your subscription, requesting such a cancellation.

No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given in this regard.

4. Updates

WordPress Product updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our club members whilst their club subscription is still active.

All WordPress Product are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

5. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your creativeG Client Informations information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all your WordPress Products or Services that you have purchased from us.
Those with Club Subscription will also have access to their Support Area Requests.

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of CREATIVEG LTD. Our products are provided ‘as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Refund Policy

At CREATIVEG LTD we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any technical or setup issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please submit a support ticket and our team will assist you right away.

However, if you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not fulfill the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. Please read here for more.

8. Support

CREATIVEG LTD offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

9. Price Changes

CREATIVEG LTD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the CREATIVEG LTD website.

10. Warranty

CREATIVEG LTD does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that CREATIVEG LTD templates will work with all browser combinations.
