Set OKR marketing goals

1. Familiarize yourself with the OKR framework.

2. Define 4-6 objectives that describe what your marketing team should achieve.

3. For each objective, define 2-5 key results - as time-based metrics - that will indicate you have achieved this objective.

4. Review your OKR goals against three key factors; ambitiousness, simplicity, and measurability.

5. Review each objective and related key results with the members of your marketing team who will be working towards achieving them.

6. Review all OKR goals with organizational stakeholders who will evaluate marketing success.

7. Create mini goals for each OKR goal to help individuals within each marketing team understand their personal responsibility and involvement.

8. Review your OKR goals at least once a year to learn and iterate for the next goal-setting and review cycle.
