Create an event video

1. Determine if the video is for before, during, or after the event.

3. Define the event’s theme or topic, and how to show that theme in your video.

4. Outline the footage and audio you’ll need to shoot or collect.

5. Plan the equipment, production roles, and camera angles you’ll need for the event shoot or from existing footage.

6. Highlight key event features and speakers in the footage.

7. Edit video clips together with background music or narration.

8. Include key event information and a call to action.

9. Add event and company branded graphics and overlays to the video.

10. Promote and distribute the video to designated channels.
