Analyze your website’s engagement metrics

1. Navigate to Acquisition.

2. Click on All Traffic > Source/Medium to see how visitors are arriving on your site and what they're doing next.

The report includes: Number of new users. Sessions and percentage of new sessions. Bounce rate. Pages/session ratio. Average session duration.

3. Navigate back to the left side menu and click on Audience under Acquisition.

A drop-down will appear showing: Demographics Behavior Technology Mobile

4. Click on Behavior > Frequency and Recency to view the number of people who visited your website over a certain period of time, measured against the number of times they came back.

5. Go back to Behavior and click on Engagement to view the number of visits measured up against the duration which the visitors stayed on the site.
