It will help you target your audience better – watch for patterns, if they use product A and product B and your competitor’s product, target more companies that use products A and B and don’t have a solution like yours yet.

If you’re feeling confident, you can also try to onboard customers directly from your competitors. But again, be very careful as such tactic might seem a little aggressive.
