Have a ‘cancellation experience’ if they are canceling your service, make sure to include options when they do so that give you feedback on why they are canceling. When they fill in a canceling form include options as to why they are doing it, such as: “I run out of the free trial without a testing tool” “Too expensive” “Didn’t fully understand the product” etc. You can actually use apps to do this for you, like LessChurn, Typeform, Qualaroo and Polldaddy.
