We will be writing our code in the VS Code editor
We will use the GitHub desktop app
We will be using an API key from OpenAI to access to GPT3
We will be using Twilio to handle the messaging service
And finally we will use Render to run our chatbot

Requirements

Python 3.6 or newer
OpenAI API key
GitHub account
Paid Twilio account
Paid Render account
