Feedback score is a way of measuring customer satisfaction by assigning numerical value to the customer’s willingness to recommend your product. The score is calculated based on all responses you get.
In Metrilo, you can send such an email manually or automatically. People can also write in free text additional feedback. You get all responses in a dashboard, along with the profiles of the responders and the products they bought. Thus, you see which products prompted a specific score (both good or bad) and you can take steps to improve them.
