Learn from your customers that are canceling

Have a ‘cancellation experience’ if they are canceling your service, make sure to include options when they do so that give you feedback on why they are canceling. When they fill in a canceling form include options as to why they are doing it, such as: “I run out of the free trial without a testing tool” “Too expensive” “Didn’t fully understand the product” etc. You can actually use apps to do this for you, like LessChurn, Typeform, Qualaroo and Polldaddy. If customers have further questions, give them options to chat directly with you or book a meeting with you. Look at this example of a successful cancelation experience.
