On-device Monitoring

On-device monitoring applications collect data on a customer’s use of his or her device (mobile, IPTV, tablet, PC or broadband hub) using client software installed on the device. These applications can be used for fault detection and resolution on an individual or aggregate basis; can inform customer services during an interaction with the customer; or provide information during device or service testing.
